• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Not send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertisements
• Not post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not use these features for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to monitor communications on our Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms.

EVENT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

Our Platform allows users to register for tournaments and events. By using these features, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Pay all fees and charges associated with your registrations and purchases
• Use only valid and authorized payment methods

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to comply with our third party terms and conditions.

All fees and charges are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or required by law. Refund policies for specific events will be provided at the time of registration.

RATINGS AND MATCHUPS

Our Platform provides ratings for athletes to facilitate proper matchups. Ratings are determined based on our proprietary algorithms and available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any ratings or the suitability of any matchups.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of our Platform, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
